Work 3 live sites · 3 studies

Selected projects

Three live client sites — identity, clarity, and a path that leads to getting in touch.

Lab

Product and interface studies.

Three studies at the same level: e-commerce, product landing and an automation panel — drawn as if they had to ship.

  • Botanical Brews concept mockup: centred title, ceramic set in focus and an “Add to bag” CTA.

    Study 01 · E-commerce · Product

    Botanical Brews

Hero · product · cart. Matcha boutique: a clear shelf, the product up front and a minimal checkout.

  • Vortex concept mockup: a dark drone landing with “Command the skies” and Air, Pro and Ultra models.

    Study 02 · Product · Landing

    Vortex

Hero · hardware · pre-order. Dark product landing: hero, hardware detail and three models side by side.

  • NexusFlow concept mockup: a dark dashboard with flow analysis, active system and connection widgets.

    Study 03 · SaaS · Automation

    NexusFlow

Dashboard · flows · monitoring. Automation panel: flow analysis, system status and metrics at a glance.

Internal studies, not commissioned. Copy and metrics in the mockups are placeholders.

Services 3 in front of customers · 2 behind the scenes

I build the presence. Then I give the work a system to live in.

Two sides of the same system: what appears in front of your customers, and what works for you behind the scenes. Pick one, or have them work together.

In front of customers

Presence. What your customers see.

You bring Your business and your content

You get A fast, clear website designed to turn visits into enquiries.

    Figma · Framer · WordPress · Next.js · SEO

  • E-commerce

    You bring Your products

You get A Shopify store ready to sell: catalogue, payments and order management.

Shopify · catalogue and checkout · integrations

  • UI/UX

You bring An interface that’s hard to use

You get Screens and flows people understand the first time, with a consistent design system.

Figma · prototypes · design system

Behind the scenes

System. What works when you’re not there.

  • Notion systems

You bring Clients and projects scattered across chats, email and spreadsheets

You get A tidy, shared CRM and workspace in Notion.

    Notion · CRM · documentation

  • AI automation

You bring Copy-paste, repetitive emails, data moved by hand

You get n8n flows, with AI where it actually helps: the busywork takes care of itself.

n8n · AI · leads to CRM · automatic emails

Automation Example · 6 steps

A customer writes in. The busywork takes care of itself.

An example of the kind of flow I build with n8n: what happens, step by step, when someone fills in the form on a business’s website.

What does the customer write?
  1. 01Form

    person

The request comes in from the website: name, email and message.

  2. 02AI

    automatic

Reads the message, classifies it and summarises it.

  3. 03n8n

    automatic

Picks the route and starts the next steps.

  4. 04CRM

    automatic

Creates the customer record in Notion, with the request and its status.

  5. 05Email

    automatic

Sends the confirmation to the customer and notifies you.

  6. 06Customer

    person

Gets the confirmation. You find everything already in order.

  • I automate repetitive work.

    n8n, AI, CRM, email

  • And I make them work together.

Fewer projects at a time, full attention. No handoffs: the person who designs your site is the one who builds it and connects it to your automations.

I’m Anteneh Salacca, a web developer and designer. I design and build custom websites, e-commerce stores and automation systems, with a focus on performance, accessibility and a user experience built to convert.

On the front end I work with Framer, WordPress and Next.js; design starts in Figma. For e-commerce I use Shopify, and with n8n I automate workflows, from lead capture to managing leads in the CRM, Notion included. I work with independent professionals, local businesses and startups who want a solid digital presence — not a site that looks like everyone else’s.

Process 5 steps · revisions included

I don’t start with answers. I start with the right questions.

  1. 01Discovery

    2–3 days

We work out goals, audience and content together. No surprises: you always know what to expect.

    I’ll need
Goals, main copy, any images or logos, and the tools you already use.
    You get
A shared Notion space where we keep everything organised.
  2. 02Design

    3–7 days

I design the interface in Figma and show it to you for approval before writing a single line of code.

    I’ll need
Your feedback on the first draft.
    You get
The design in Figma, with a round of revisions included.
  3. 03Build

    1–3 weeks

I build a fast, responsive site, optimised for Google. What was designed is what goes live.

    I’ll need
    Your feedback on the preview.
    You get
The finished site, with another round of revisions before launch.
  4. 04Automationif needed

    3–7 days

First I map how your business works, then I automate it with n8n: leads, CRM, email.

    I’ll need
The tools you already use: email, spreadsheets, management software.
    You get
Automated flows that cut errors and hours of manual work.
  5. 05Launch

    1–2 days

I put the site live and check that everything works. We launch when it’s ready — not before.

    I’ll need
    Your final go-ahead.
    You get
Your site live and ready for your customers.

FAQ 6 questions · 4 tied to the process

Questions, before you write.

  • I design and build websites (with Framer, WordPress or Next.js, designed in Figma), Shopify online stores and UI/UX interfaces. Behind the scenes I build automations with n8n and AI that connect forms, email and CRM, plus Notion systems to organise clients and projects.

  • Independent professionals (medical practices, osteopaths, consultants), local businesses and early-stage startups. I help anyone who wants a professional, efficient digital presence with an automated lead flow.

  • Project goals, main copy, any existing images or logos, and an overview of the tools you already use. We organise everything in a shared Notion space.

  • Yes: I include revision rounds at every stage, after the first Figma draft and during final development, to make sure the result truly matches your expectations.

  • Absolutely. I map your business processes (client data entry, transactional emails, syncing spreadsheets and management tools) and automate them with n8n, cutting errors and hours of work.

  • It depends on complexity. A landing page or portfolio site takes 1–2 weeks; more complex projects with CRM automations and private areas take 3 to 5 weeks.
