Browsing data

On every visit the hosting provider (Vercel) receives technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. This data is needed to show you the pages and to protect the site from abuse.

The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in offering a working and secure site (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Vercel keeps this data for a limited time, under its own retention policies.

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools, and does not collect browsing data for marketing purposes.

Contact form data

Through the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, requested service and the message text.

Providing this data is optional, but without your name, email address and message it is not possible to reply to your request.

The message we receive also shows the date and time it was sent and confirmation that you have read this policy.

To protect the form from automated submissions and abuse, the server limits the number of messages coming from the same IP address. This check uses your IP address in memory only: it does not save it or add it to the message.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is processed to respond to your request and manage a possible professional relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

The IP address is processed, in memory only, for form security and abuse prevention, based on the controller's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of the last message. If an engagement starts, data is kept for the periods required by Italian civil and tax law (usually 10 years), then deleted or anonymized.

Recipients and transfers outside the European Union

To run the site and deliver messages we rely on providers acting as data processors: Vercel Inc. (site hosting) and Hostinger (the email service that delivers form messages).

Vercel Inc. is based in the United States, so processing involves a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area. This takes place under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, as set out in the data processing agreement with the provider.

Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and obtain data portability, by writing to info@antesalacca.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it (opens in a new tab)).
